For the final two Skigaudis, the event-specific shuttle connects participating Valley stops with the mountain. The exact route and frequency are shared before arrival.

An App group is not a 100% room guarantee. Our allocation algorithm tries to place groups together as well as possible while balancing available room capacities, booking categories, safety and comfort. Where possible, it also avoids placing women booking individually in shared rooms with unknown men. For a guaranteed room, book the complete private room together in one checkout.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Choose an individual hotel-and-festival ticket when it is available for your event, then join Dashpoint after booking. Connect, shared hotels and the programme give solo travellers plenty of natural ways to meet other Skihaserl—you do not need a group before booking.
Can Skihaserl stay together when booking separately?
Yes. After buying individual tickets, one person creates a group in the Skigaudi App and invites the others with a link. The group includes a shared group chat and gives our room-allocation algorithm a strong request to place you together. It is not a 100% room guarantee; capacities, booking categories, safety and comfort still have to be balanced. Where possible, we also avoid placing women booking individually in shared rooms with unknown men.
When do I receive my exact room number?
Your exact room number will appear in the Skigaudi App on the evening before your event. Download the App after booking and register your ticket so everything is ready.
Can I buy the festival ticket separately?
No. Every hotel package already includes the complete Skigaudi festival ticket with access to all events in your selected Skigaudi. Festival access cannot be purchased separately from accommodation.
What is the difference between Village and Valley?
Skigaudi Village is the Home of Party: lively, social and next to the slopes and Skigaudi Club. The Valley is the quieter option, with a generally higher accommodation standard, more wellness, and hotel or apartment choice. Transport depends on your Gaudi date.
Does every hotel use the same shuttle?
No. The Skigaudi-organized Valley Shuttle is available only for Skigaudi F · 12–15 Dec and Skigaudi G · 16–19 Dec. At Skigaudi A–E, Valley guests travel by own car or public transportation; the regular daytime ski bus is a public service and not a Skigaudi shuttle. Village guests walk to the lifts and festival locations.
Is food included?
It depends on the property. Olympia, Lizumer Hof, Edelweiss and Hotel MONDI have traditionally offered half-board-style stays; Alp Art includes breakfast, while Alp Living is self-catering. Your selected package is always the final source of truth.
Can one person book for the whole room?
Yes. Private rooms are booked as one complete unit, so one order adds every ticket required for that room. If everyone wants to book separately, choose individual tickets; afterwards one person creates a group in the Skigaudi App and invites everyone else with a link.
Are ski pass and travel included?
Accommodation and event access form the base of the package. Ski pass, bus travel and other extras are selected separately when offered for your event.
